Question: Can a rounded freckle be a symptom of a disese? if so what disesse and is it life threatening?

This is probably a question that a doctor could answer much better than me.

Some skin marks that look like freckles can be melanomas which is a type of skin cancer. As far as I know they can be quite hard to diagnose as they all look very different. It’s always best to ask a specialist doctor.

The rule usually is to keep a close eye on any freckle, moles or marks on your skin and if they begin to change shape, grow or change colour go and see your doctor and get them examined. Better to be safe.
