I think I’d have to say Italy as I’ve been there a few times. The food is amazing as are the people. There’s also loads to see especially if you like history and art. My favourite place I’ve not been is New Zealand, I’d really love to go there one day!
Italy! I’ve been often and am going again this summer, the food, people and culture are just magnifico! Also love travelling to India – not just because I have family there, but again because of the diverse cultures and amazing history.
I would have to say Melbourne, Australia. It’s where my sister lives. The animal and plant life is so different from many European countries; they also have such fantastic food from many countries, and really good coffee.
I am keen on camping (and fortunately my family like it too!) – in the UK my favourite places are campsites within walking distance of a great beach – I can spend weeks just pottering, swimming and snorkelling off a beach.
Outside the UK I really like the northern parts of Michigan (I live in Ann Arbor, Michigan for a few years) because it is wild, but the people are super friendly.
For food, culture and partying I like Spain (especially Barcelona!)
My favorite place in the world is Nantucket Island- it’s a small island off the shore of cape cod (outside of Massachusetts). My family lives there and it’s legit the best place on Earth- the beaches are amazing and the people are so friendly.
*outside the US- my fav place to go is probably either Thailand or India- both are fun vibrant places and I love spicey food.
