      Good question.

So for my work it doesn’t really matter what kind of DNA I use. I just want to copy and store it so I could use any DNA. One of the groups I work with does a bit of work on Neuroblastoma. This is a cancer of your nerves that is usually only seen in children. So we have a lot of these cells to study. I grow these cells in a special lab that is really clean. Then when I have enough of them I collect them, break them open by uing some chemicals and collect their DNA. I have a whole freezer full of this DNA!
