Heh, well, I said I put my bacteria into a type of gym, which you can read about here /genesj11-zone/2011/06/how-does-you-fitness-gym-work. However, I have in the past lifted weights myself, and yes, it is true that lifting weights can make your muscles bigger, but it is hard work to do that, and you need to eat a good balanced diet at the same time.
However, these days I think it is more important (and healthier) to exercise whole whole body at the same time, rather than just sitting in a gym and working on specific muscles in your arms and legs.
